Wheat-Bix Trythlon

Yesterday the people that signed in for the triathlon had to swim, bike and run in the Weetbix Tryathlon.  If you did it in a team, one would do the swim and the other would do the bike and both would do the run.

I buddied up with my cousin she did the swim and I did the bike and then we did the run.  When we finished we were so hot and bothered at the end.

After you get your medal and people give you an apple and water and then they take your photo. At the very end they do prizegiving.

Last year I did it on my own and it was hard.
