This term Room12 is working on a book called "Wonder," about a 10 year old boy named August. Mr Peacock has been reading it to us but today Mrs Ryalls is reading it because Mr P was teaching Room 9 a song we are learning called "The Weekend Song".
The blub on the back of the book we are reading says;
"My name is August I won't describe how I look. Whatever your thinking, it's probably worse."
