Quick ten is a writing time where we get a picture and we think about it and then we write about it for ten minutes. The one we are writing about today shows Ronald McDonald being arrested by the police.
What I was thinking about on the mat while the teacher was helping us to think of ideas was that Ronald McDonald put people in the burgers and he got arrested for it.
Next we do our handwriting. This week's handwriting is a poem called "The Ants at the Olympics" by Richard Digance. The poem tells the story about the ants who can not win anything in the Olympics but they did not give up because it is not all about winning, it is about having fun!
